With a true flair for details and decorating, the owners have combined contemporary and classic styles, mixing fabrics, colours and materials with stunning results. The new building has been constructed on half of the Cisterian Abbey of Santa Maria, a convent complex of which the other half is still occupied. Architectural enhancements echo the ancient abbey with columns and vaulted ceilings.
Breakfast is served downstairs with windows looking out to the ancient Palazzo Rusca with loggia, as do many of the guest bedrooms. The quaint town of Follina with its mountain backdrop is a perfect starting point for explorations of Treviso, Asolo and the Prosecco wine roads.
