In this context, just 2 km from Fonti del Clitunno on the slopes of Trevi, lies Casa Giulia, an old landholder’s home from the 17th century that still belongs to the same family. Recently transformed into an elite guesthouse, we offer our guests a taste of relaxation and tranquility.
The house has seven rooms available, four of which have air conditioning; all rooms are furnished with period places and one has frescoes dating from the 17th century showing views of the valley.
In summer, breakfast is served in the large, tree-shaded garden (8.000 sq m) and from which there is a view of the sunny swimming pool adorned with magnificent oleanders.
Upon request, we can organize walks with enjoyable picnics.
The guesthouse’s favorable location makes it possible to easily reach the most beautiful places in Umbria, Tuscany and Lazio: Spoleto (km. 12), Assisi (km.22), Cascia (km. 40), Todi (km. 35), Cascata delle Marmore (km. 35), Gubbio (km.65), Perugia (km 45), Rome (km.140), Florence (km.180).
