The rooms are divided into 4 catagories, like the 4 city quarters: standard rooms are inspired by Vallesacco, the craftsmen's district; the attic rooms are in the style of the Onglavina quarter; the rustic rooms are dedicated to the peasants (il Borgo); and the old monastery's rooms are dedicated to the Cassero, the old nobility quarter.

The restaurant offers traditional, regional cuisine, prepared only with locally produced and carefully selected ingredients.

Area information
Treia is located in the heart of Marche, just 10 minutes drive from Macerata. The position is ideal for day trips: in about an half hour drive, it is possible to reach all the region's famous attractions, such as Recanati, Loreto, the caves of Frasassi and the Conero coast.

By Car:
From the north:
- Take the A14 motorway, exit at Porto Recanati/Loreto and take the SS 571.
- Continue towards Macerata and Treia.
From the South:
- Exit at Civitanova Marche and take the SS 77 until you reach Pollenza, then follow the signs to the hotel.
By Train:
The closest railway station is Macerata.
On request a shuttle service can be organised to and from the airport and the train station.
