Positioned at a height of 640 metres in the middle of a 42-acre farm, this villa is 7 km from Palazzolo Acreide; a town designated a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The mild climate in the summer and at sunset allows you to relax outdoors amongst the cherry and olive trees after a day spent at the beach or sightseeing.
The farm is only 15 minutes drive from Noto and Cavagrande del Cassibile, and 30 minutes from Syracuse, Ragusa Ibla, Modica, the Pantalica Nature Reserve, and Marina of Noto beaches. It is also only 40 minutes by car from the Ognina Marina (a small natural inlet used by local fishermen to dock their boats).

Traditional local products are available to sample and purchase. Guided excursions with licensed guides are available upon request.
Cookery courses (minimum 8 people) are offered in collaboration with the chefs and the teachers of the Professional Catering Colleges to discovery the smells and the tastes of Sicily, upon request.
Aguglia farm house has boats with skipper available for rent at the Ognina Marina (40 minutes by car): a Cabin 20 for 2 to 3 people and an Airon Marine for 6 to 8 people.

The farm house offers B&B accommodation in large comfortable rooms with private bathrooms (please note: there is no bidet in the private bathroom of the quadruple rooms).
The farm has 8 non-smoking rooms, each with separate entrances and patios. The rooms are tastefully decorated with the owners' personal antiques.
Restauration et Boissons
The hotel offers a bar service only, there is no restaurant.
The breakfast room with bar corner is at your disposal and, in the farm, traditional local products are available to sample and purchase.

During the summer, Palazzolo Acreide hosts many cultural events and entertainment such as: art exhibitions, open-air theatrical productions and musical performances at the Greek Theatre. The town has several churches, a post office, pharmacies, a news-stand, banks, a medical centre, as well as traditional restaurants, pastry shops with Sicilian specialities, bars and pizzerias.

By Car:
- You find us on SP 24 road that joins Palazzolo Acreide -Testa dell’Acqua – Noto;
- On this road you will find the road signs of the 7 th KM and the 8 th KM;
- At exactly 7,300 km there is the farm holiday road.
From motor-way ME-CT:
- Follow the road signs to Syracuse;
- Reach the SS114 to Syracuse;
- Go beyond the first exit (Floridia-Syracuse) and turn into following exit;
- Here you will find 4 towns: Floridia-Solarino-PalazzoloAcreide-Canicattini;
- Follow the road signs to Canicattini town;
- Go beyond the Canicattini town exit and go towards Palazzolo Acreide town;
- Go beyond Palazzolo A. exit and go straight to Noto;
- After few hundreds of metres turn right to San Marco-Testa dell’Acqua;
- Then, at the road fork, turn right to Palazzolo;
- Follow this road as far as the end;
- At the end you will find a “STOP” sign, here turn left to Noto;
- After about 300 metres, after the road sign 7th Km, nearly the centre of a bend, turn left on a dirt track;
- There are 3 high palms at the entrance to the park.
Inside the park car, please, carefully to the high bumps.
Information importante
There is no air conditioning in the rooms because in the summer at sunset the Aguglia climate is always dry and fresh. During the summer you only need to open the windows when it gets darker, and the thickness of the main stone walls is sufficient to keep the room fresh, without having to use artificial air conditioning.
