From June 2008, apartments (70 m²) for up to 6 people will be available. Each of these apartments, housed in a renovated annexe, comprises a wide living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, terrace or garden. You will have a 360° view on Langhe and Monferrato.

By Car:
From Milan:
- Take the A7 Torino – Genova.
- Then take the A21 Torino - Alessandria.
- Exit at Asti Est.
- Take the main road S.S. 231 in the direction of Alba - Cuneo.
- Exit Costigliole.
- At the roundabout turn left to Castagnole Lanze.
- in the centre of the village, at the 1st roundabout, turn right following the indications for Santo Stefano Belbo, Nizza, Canelli.
- At the 2nd roundabout turn left again for Santo Stefano, Belbo, Nizza, Canelli
From Genoa:
- Take the A7 Piacenza – Milano – Torino.
- Then take the A21 Torino - Alessandria.
- Exit at Asti Est.
- From here follow the directions as above.
From Turin:
- Take the A6 Savona – Piacenza – Brescia- Milano.
- Then take the A55 Piacenza- Genova and A21 Piacenza.
- Exit at Asti Est.
- From here, follow the directions as above.
