This beautiful restored rural building is found in Scurati, a little village in the western part of Sicily, facing the Tyrrhenian Sea.
Offering a panoramic view of mount Cofano nature reserve, the prehistoric Mangiapane Cave, the ancient hilltop of Erice, and the Cornino Sea (which was awarded the Blue European Flag in 2001), the hotel is ideal for a relaxing break.
The hotel also benefits from being within walking distance of the beach and has a locally renowned restaurant serving the finest examples of Sicilian cooking.

The easiest way to reach the hotel is by car.
Guests arriving in Sicily by airplane can rent a car at the arrival airport (Trapani Birgi or Palermo Falcone Borsellino).
Guests arriving with their car by ship, the nearest ports are Trapani and/or Palermo. Guests wishing to use public transportation can take a bus and/or a train from Palermo to Trapani and then a bus from Trapani to Custonaci (the train station is next to the bus station).
By bus:
From Palermo and/or Palermo Airport (90 km):
The Segesta bus lines run throughout the day from Palermo/Palermo Airport to Trapani.
From Trapani, the A.S.T.bus lines run from Trapani to Custonaci at regular intervals throughout the day.
By car:
From Palermo and/or Palermo Airport (90 km):
- Take the A29 motorway towards Trapani - Mazara del Vallo.
- Exit at Castellammare del Golfo.
- Join the SS 187 towards Trapani.
- exit at Custonaci - S. Vito lo Capo.
- After 2.5 km you will find the crossroads to S. Vito Lo Capo, turn right and go ahead, following the signs to Trapani.
- After 3 km you will reach the crossroads to Cornino - Scurati (Grotte Mangiapane, from this point you can see the signs to Cala Buguto Hotel - Ristorante.
From Trapani (20 km):
- Take the Strada Provinciale Litoranea towards Custonaci - S. Vito Lo Capo.
- Go beyond the villages of Pizzolungo (about 5 km away from Trapani) and Bonagia (about 10 km away from Trapani) following the signs to Custonaci - S. Vito Lo Capo.
- Go ahead for about 10 km.
- After passing over a bridge you can see the crossroads to Cornino - Scurati (Grotte Mangiapane) on your left.
- From this point you can see the signs to Cala Buguto Hotel - Ristorante.
From Trapani Birgi Airport (30 km):
- Follow the signs to Trapani/Port.
- After arriving in Trapani, look for the Strada Provinciale Litoranea towards Custonaci – S. Vito Lo Capo.
- Then, as above.
