The hotel is a villa dating back to the year 1700, situated in a beautiful part of the small gulf of Colmegna, about 2 km away from Luino. Relax on either of the two terraces and enjoy the stunning lake views. Make use of the private beach or stroll along the 200 metres of lake promenade. The hotel offers many romantic paths, a small stone harbour and a spacious greenhouse, just radiating tranquillity.

The hotel offers a dining room inside, two wonderful terraces on the lake, one of which is heated and has large windows. On summer evenings there are enjoyable barbecues with salads and hors d’oeuvre buffets.

Our hotel is ideally located, just 15 km from Highway A2 (Basel/Luzern/Lugano/Chiasso/Milan), just 45 minutes drive from the airport Malpensa and only 5 minutes drive from the main railway station.
Available local sporting activities include; tennis; cycling; horse riding; motorboat hiring and windsurfing lessons. There is a golf course located approximately 30 minutes drive from the hotel.
