The hotel is immersed in a park of pine trees and junipers, very close to the beach, comprising a central area with main services and buildings in a Mediterranean style.
Structured as a club, the hotel offers accommodations both in residence and hotel styles. The close surroundings of the hotel are celebrated as a paradise for sportsmen, in particular for cyclists, with a variety of tracks available. Additionally, a few kilometres away are some of the most beautiful Medieval villages of Tuscany.
The complex has TV room, games room, billiard room, swimming pool with whirlpool, sauna, a small gym, internet point, bar on the beach, and a theatre. Parking is private, but not attended. At an additional cost you may use the Laundromat, rent bikes, and near the hotel you will find facilities for tennis and horse-riding.

In the ambiance of a wide and covered veranda, you can have breakfast and dinner enjoying a buffet service. Once a week, there is a typical dinner with Tuscan specialties and a gala dinner.
On demand, the restaurant is available for supper with a fixed menu and table service, or you may use the snack bar on the beach. Residence guests can buy meal tickets.
Area information
Castagneto Carducci extends over a vast territory. The characteristic countryside presents a pleasing harmony. Its hills are rich in woods, vineyards and olive- groves, and covered in lush pines. The sea is clean and clear, and sea lilies bloom and flourish on the wide sandy beaches. A canal system is at the heart of the wildlife sanctuary of Bolgheri, where thousands of sea birds live in the marshes, once part of Maremma.

Exit SS1 at Donoratico, turn left at the first roundabout and continue straight along the tree lined avenue towards Marina di Castagneto Carducci.

Please note that from 08 June 2008 to 07 September 2008 only bookings for 1 week stays (from Sunday to Sunday) are accepted. There is also a mandatory Club Card at a cost of EUR 38 to be paid directly at the hotel. The card includes: beach services (one beach umbrella, 2 beach beds and one beach chair per room/apartment), mini club for children 3 to 12, swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, ping-pong, beach-volley, canoeing, archery, water gym, tournaments, and entertainment.
