Hotel Villa Beatrice built in 1950 and completely renewed in 2001 is a charming little hotel with a relaxing garden, close to the beach and to the bus stop to Venice down town (leaving every 10 minutes all day long). You can enjoy your breakfast the trees of our garden and then start your exploration of the artistical and natural beauty of the town.

The Hotel is surrounded by a splendid garden with flourishing fruit trees where guests can have breakfast during the summer.The garden faces the elegant bar where you can take an aperitif or have an after dinner drink.The walls of the villa host paintings from contemporary Venetian artists such as Rigo, Perusini and Grandese.

All rooms are spacious and welcoming. The large windows overlooking the splendid garden of the hotel let you the marine breeze coming directly from the beach.

Area information
Villa Beatrice is situated in the beautiful Alberoni area which is easily reachable by car and public means of transport. From the hotel you can visit Alberoni beach, where you can hire an umbrella or a cabin, and the WWF oasis. From Alberoni, you can have a bike ride to Malamocco, an ancient, picturesque village and to Pellestrina island, the magic of the surroundings brings any visitor back in time. Golf Club Venezia is very close to Villa Beatrice, other sport centers in the area offer horse riding, roller skating, tennis, clay shooting and parachuting, not to mention all the water sports, such as wind surfing and sailing, with most of the bathing establishments equipped for such sports.

By car
From the highway follow directions to Venice. Drive along Ponte della Libertà that connects the mainland to Venice and turn right before reaching Piazzale Roma, drive towards Tronchetto. From here, take the Ferry Boat (every 50 minutes) which brings you to Lido - San Nicolò in about 30 minutes (don't miss the marvellous panoramic views of Venice, from the Zattere to St. Mark's Square). From here, follow the directions to Alberoni (11 km) and when you arrive in Piazzale Alberoni, turn left to Via Ca' Rossa and then right onto Via dei Villini, where Villa Beatrice is at number 4.
