Nestled between Lake Garda and the Morainic hills, the hotel occupies an idyllic position which provides you with a relaxing stay amid lush Mediterranean greenery.
The agritourism boasts 12 well-equipped apartments (2 two-room, 6 studio and 4 three-room flats). Each apartment can be also rented for shorter stays with breakfast service included.
Surrounded by nature, the residence offers a large swimming pool and the ideal base for day excursions to the historic cities of Brescia, Verona, and Mantova. In addition to this, Gardaland and the botanical gardens of Sigurta’ are also found nearby.

Two-Room Flat with Garden: approximately 35 square-metres, this flat is suitable for 4 people and comes with one bedroom with a double bed (providing a single bed is also possible), a living-room with bunk beds, and one bathroom.
Two-Room Flat with External Balcony: approximately 40 square-metres, this flat can comfortably sleep 4/5 people in its one bedroom with double bed and single bed, living-room with double-sofa bed, and 2 bathrooms.
Three-Room Flat with Garden: approximately 65 square-metres, this flat has been been designed for 4/6 people. It comprises of: 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds; a living-room with double sofa-bed; and a bathroom. One of the apartments has 2 bathrooms.
First-floor Three-Room flat: approximately 55 square-metres, this flat can sleep up to 6 people. It has: one bedroom with a double bed (without window); one bedroom with 2 single beds and a high window; mezzanine with one double bed; one bathroom; and an external balcony with table and chairs and view of the lake.
Studios: approximately 28 square-metres, these are suitable for up to 3 people (an additional single bed can be placed in the room on request). They have one bedroom and one bathroom. 2 studios have a balcony with table and chairs and a view of the lake, one has a balcony with table and chairs overlooking the internal patio, and another has a big window with a view of the lake.
Open-space studios: approximately 45 square-metres, the 2 double beds, bunk beds, and one bathroom are suitable for up to 6 people.
The apartments overlook an internal patio; one of the apartments is situated on the ground floor and the other one on the first floor. Both apartments have tables and chairs.
Ground-floor flats have direct access to the garden with table and chairs.
For stays of one week, electricity, water, gas and bedding are included in the price.
Towels are not included for stays of one week; however you can rent them on the premises or bring you own towels.
Final cleaning will be charged for stays of one week only.

Starting from next spring, a catering service will be available.

The holiday farm is situated among panoramic hills, 2 km from a lake.
Travel information
Exit from the A4 motorway of Desenzano Del Garda and follow the signs towards
Salò for 8 km until you reach Moniga Del Garda.
Turns left towards Soiano at the Ip petrol station and continue for 1 km; turn right and the Agritourism is located at the end of the straight road on the left hand side.
