Il Cuciniere offers a very special regional cuisine: creatively reinterpreted traditional dishes with Mediterranean ingredients, typical fresh, homemade pasta dishes and variations on Sicilian dishes.

Railway station FS Centrale:
Upon leaving the station, continue along Piazza Papa Giovanni XXIII. Turn right into Corso Martiri della Libertà. Turn right into Via Francesco Crispi. Turn left into Via Umberto I. Turn left into Via Monsignore Ventimiglia. Turn left into Via C. Finocchiaro Aprile where you will find the hotel.

By Car
From Catania-Fontanarossa Airport:
- Take the Stradale Primosole.
- Turn right into Tredicesima Strada Zona Industriale.
- Continue along the SP69.
- Join the SP70 (4.5km). Continue along Via Acquicella Porto. Turn right into Via Domenico Tempio.
- Continue along Via Cristoforo Colombo.
- Continue along Via Mulino Santa Lucia.
- At the roundabout, take the first exit and continue along Piazza Paolo Borsellino.
- At the next roundabout, take the 2nd exit and continue along Via Beato Cardinale G. B. Dusmet.
- Continue along Piazza dei Martiri.
- Continue along Via Rabbordone.
- Take Via Francesco Crispi.
- Turn left into Via Umberto I.
- Turn left into Via Monsignore Ventimiglia.
- Turn left into Via C. Finocchiaro Aprile, where you will find the hotel.

From Messina-Catania motorway A18:
- Take the A18 towards Catania-S.Gregario.
- Exit towards Catania.
- Take Viale Mediterraneo.
- Take Via Vincenzo Giuffrida.
- Continue along for 1.2km until you reach Piazza Giovanni Verga, here, take Via Monsignore Ventimiglia.
- Turn left into Via C. Finocchiaro Aprile, where you will find the hotel.

- Exit towards the SS114 – Siracusa - SS194 - Ragusa – Catania – Aeroporto – Porto.
- Continue along the E45 / Tangenziale di Catania.

- Continue along the SP70 (5km).
- Join Via Acquicella Porto.
- Turn right into Via Domenico Tempio.
