Set in Todi and tailor-made for your comfort and tranquility, this splendid villa has 5 charming self-catering apartments, individually decorated and tastefully furnished, within an 8-hectare farm in the Umbrian countryside.
During your stay you can spend your days by the swimming pool or resting in the shade of the olive grove, alternatively you can take a walk in the woods to gather mushrooms, or take a stroll up and down the characteristic alleyways of Todi.
The complex is completely fenced in for the protection of the small animals and birds, such as pheasants, hares and squirrels that you may come across on your walks.

The warmth of the hand-made bricks, the old-world charm of the roof tiles and the chiaroscuro effect of the inlaid wood reflect the traditions of the area.
The villa is equipped with a number of facilities to ensure that you have a wonderfully relaxing stay, these include: a pool; jacuzzi; solarium; hydro-bikes; garden with patio and corner for kids; barbecue facilities; ping-pong; lounge for reading, watching TV or just relaxing; and a laundry room.
Using completely natural methods the villa produces extra virgin olive oil that is cold-pressed in an old oil-mill nearby. If you come in November you can help to pick and press the olives, and sample the result on bruschetta.

The villa offers 2 different apartment types: Three-Room Apartments (suitable for 4 people) and Two-Room Apartments (suitable for 2 people).
Il Glicine, La Margherita and Il Girasole are the three-room apartments. They comprise of 2 levels and are about 70 square metres in size and include: a kitchen, lounge and toilet on the ground floor; and a double bedroom, twin bedroom, and bathroom with shower on the upper floor.
Il Papavero and Le Spighe are the two-room apartments. They are about 32 square metres in size and include: a double bedroom with terrace/patio, offering a breathtaking view of Todi; a lounge/kitchen area; and a bathroom with shower.
Each apartment has been furnished with carefully chosen materials. All of the wood components have been made-to-measure by a craftsman-artist and have been treated exclusively with environmental-friendly products.
Travel information
By Car:
From the north:
- Take the A1 Milano-Roma.
- Exit at Orvieto.
- Follow the SS448 Orvieto-Todi.
- At the crossroads in Baschi, turn left towards Todi.
- Leave this road at the second exit for Pian di San Martino (don't turn towards Todi, even if you see the signs for it).
- When in Pian di San Martino, start following the indications for Torriola.
From the south:
- Take the A1 Napoli-Roma-Milano.
- Exit at Orte.
- Follow the E45 Orte-Cesena.
- Exit at Todi-Orvieto.
- Take the SS448 Todi-Orvieto-Baschi.
- After 300 metres, take the first exit to P.San Martino.
- Follow the indications for Torriola.
By Train:
From Ferrovie dello Stato, take a train to Terni or Perugia, then join the Ferrovia Centrale Umbra to Todi Ponte Rio.
By Air:
The nearest international airport is Roma-Fiumicino.
The nearest local airport is Perugia S.Egidio.
