Le Fonti a San Giorgio is a farm located on San Lorenzo hill, right in the heart of Chianti area, between Florence and San Gimignano. Entirely administrated by the owner, the Giovannelli family, the farm is surrounded by 70 hectares of land all vineyards and olive trees.
On the very top of the hill, in a superb panoramic position, is situated the charming Country Inn, created from an old deconsecrated chapel.

Room information
Surrounded by a charming garden with lively flowers, the Inn offers 15 spacious rooms, tastefully furnished and characterized by unique details and peculiar colour scheme.
Some rooms have internal entrance, others private outside admittance, directly from the garden.
In the common areas our guests can spend their time playing cards, reading a favourite book or drinking a glass of Chianti wine by the Inn's bar.
Food & beverage
Situated in a great panoramic position the lovely Country Inn welcomes you with its luminous dining room, furnished in a typical country style with wooden beams and stone flooring.
At morning you will be woken up by the smell of our buffet breakfasts, served in a relaxing and familiar atmosphere. In the evening our Tuscan chef, is ready to delight you with tasty dinners based on typical local dishes, accompanied by our Chianti wine.
Travel information
From the A1 highway (from Rome and Milan): exit at Firenze Scandicci, take the freeway called FI-PI-LI (Firenze-Pisa-Livorno) and exit at Ginestra Fiorentina. Follow direction Montespertoli, after around 10 km turn left following the road sign “Museo di Arte Sacra”, straight on for about 800 m then turn left again. Drive on to the stop, then cross the road and proceed following direction “Museo di Arte Sacra”. After 1 km turn left (here is the Museum) and go further for about 2,5 km up to the road sign "Azienda Agrituristica Le Fonti A San Giorgio": here turn right after 1,5 km (road is not paved) you get the farm.
