The Hotel Lenno is an elegant building overlooking the lake and surrounded by a fantastic scenery far from the main road, plunged in the quiet and wonderful Gulf of Venus.
The hotel, recently renovated according to the standards of modern efficiency, dates back to 1903.
On the deckchair near the swimming pool, you can spend a quiet relaxing afternoon or join the sauna.
At your arrival you can leave your car in our indoor garage and you do not need to drive till your depart as our hotel is directly in front of the wharf.

Keeping our hotel as a base, you can choose among many daily excursions. You should not miss the opportunity to visit the villas of the area with their gardens: Villa Balbianello in Lenno, Villa Carlotta in Tremezzo, Villa Monastero in Varenna and Villa Melzi in Bellagio, just to mention the most famous ones.
Another interesting daily excursion is offered by the visit of the town of Como, leaving by boat and returning to the hotel in the evening. You can also go up to Brunate, a small center reachable through a singular funicular railway, and admire the lake from above, or take a brief boat tour visiting the picturesque small villages.

Public transportation
Every half hour from Terminal 1 at the Malpensa airport, the Malpensa express train leaves for Milano and stops also in Saronno, where you can take a train towards Como.
If you come from Milan
o, at the station of the Ferrovie Nord (piazza Cadorna), you can take a train for Como, from where boats and hydrofoils can take you directly in front of the hotel, situated near the wharf.
A bus leaves the Malpensa airport every twenty minutes and goes to the main railway station in Milano (Stazione Centrale) in about fifty minutes. The airport of Orio al Serio (Bergamo) is linked as well to the Central Station (50 minutes) and also from Linate airport there are buses to the Central Station.
From the Central Station in Milano you can take an Intercity or Cisalpino train (direction Lugano-Bellinzona) and stop at the station Como san Giovanni, where you can take a bus for Menaggio, stopping in Lenno.
