Situated in an area rich of historical, architectural and naturalistic importance, the hotel benefits from an idyllic location, surrounded by ancient olive-trees and carob-trees.
Built around a 19th-century internal court (Bbàgghiu), the structure is characteristic of the rural Sicilian architecture.
During your stay you can easily visit the monumental baroque of Noto, which has recently been acknowledged by UNESCO as Heritage of Mankind. You can get to other places of interest in only half an hours drive: Pallazzolo Acreide (famous for its Greek theatre) and Siracusa, rich in archaeological and monumental sites; in only in an hour drive you can get to Modica, Scicli and Ragusa, housing a variety of baroque pieces.

You can easily find out the beauty of nature and the historical - archaeological beauty of the country if you rent an off-road car for EUR 40 per day (base package), with a guide who will take you to reach unknown tourist routes, thanks to a net of paths and regie trazzere (an old net of paths to go from village to another). For groups of 4-10 people.
You can also rent buses to have trips in the Val di Noto towns.
If you want to discover your artistic flare, you can attend a ceramics course and you'll learn the techniques of the Sicilian traditional majolica, as well as the oriental techniques of the raku. This activity is possible for groups of 3 people - 10 people. The course lasts 3 hours a day for 7 days and is charged at an additional cost of EUR 160 each for a 3-5 people course, and EUR 120 each for a 6-10 people course. It is advised that you book this activity well in advance.
If you want to ride in the Sicilian country you will be able to go for trips thanks to the horse centre, La Madonnina in Noto, at a cost of EUR 13 per hour (no more than 3 people each ride).
You can also attend general swimming courses or specialised ones; moreover you can practise water games, fitness and do gymnastics, guided by gymnastics specialists. You can also have a personal trainer, on request.
