Room information

Venice Hotel Nice has 19 simple and comfortable rooms, each with a pleasant balcony. Rooms are available as Single, Double and Triple to meet the needs of all guests.

Some rooms are reserved for guests with disabilities, and some rooms for non-smokers.

All the rooms have private bathrooms with windows, with either a shower or a bath, dual voltage settings 110-220 V, and a practical beauty kit.

Here you will find the most modern technology such as plasma/satellite TV and a very convenient wireless internet point.

Food & beverage

Being a small hotel with only 19 rooms, it does not feature a restaurant, but only 30 metres away you will find the best Venetian specialties.

The bar and the breakfast room, which are very bright and features Venetian style decor, is balanced by the plants and flower arrangements that help create a relaxing atmosphere.

Venice is a unique city, housing numerous palazzos, each one a work of art. Its splendour can be fully appreciated by walking through its narrow streets and small squares. Little by little you will get to discover the city's rich heritage, from Rialto Bridge to Saint Mark's Square, with the famous Basilica and Bell tower, all the way to the lesser-known areas where the authentic Venetian spirit lives on.

By Car:
From the A4 Milano-Venezia:
- After the highway toll booth, continue on the ring road keeping on the right. - Exit for Marghera - Mestre.
- At the first roundabout, keep right and take the second exit for Marghera Centro.
- At the second roundabout, take the second exit.
- Continue for the centre.
- When you reach Piazza Municipio, on the right to Piazza Mercato, at the roundabout of Piazzale Concordia and at the corner of Via Avesani, you will find Hotel Nice at number 6.

From A4 Trieste-Venezia and from A27 Belluno-Venezia:
- Once you leave the toll booth, continue along the ring road.
- Take the last exit for SS Romea / Chioggia / Marghera.
- At the first roundabout, take the second exit for Marghera Centro.
- At the second roundabout, take the second exit.
- Continue for the centre.
- When you get to Piazza Municipio turn left towards Piazza Mercato.
- At the second roundabout of Piazzale Concordia, at the corner of Via Avesani, at number 6 you will find Hotel Nice.

By Train
From the Mestre-Venezia station Hotel Nice is 600 metres away: enter the underpass of the station and continue on for the exit for Marghera. In Via Ulloa, you can take any bus that goes towards Piazza Mercato. Stop at the roundabout at Piazzale Concordia on the corner of via Francesco Avesani.

By Air:
From Venice Airport Marco Polo:
Take bus number 15 and get off at the end of the line in Piazza Mercato. Walk on the road for about 60 metres until you get to Via Francesco Avesani, where at number 6 you will find Hotel Nice.
