The house is in a panoramic position above the bay of Manerba del Garda, in the centre of the town, near services such as bakery, a butcher shop, supermarket, and news-stand. It has a kidney-shaped swimming pool (open from April to September) with loungers, a sun terrace and a small lawn with beach chairs.

An outdoor bar (with music) by the pool is open daily from 18.30 and is accessible to the general public.

Room information

All the apartments feature satellite TV, heating and a safe. In addition to this, there is: a living room with pull-out beds for 2 persons; kitchen; terrace; a separate bedroom for 2 persons; shower/WC; and air conditioning.

Rates include: water; electricity; gas; heating; bathroom and bed linen; satellite TV; pool access; and final cleaning.

Free Wi-Fi internet connection is possible with your computer or laptop.

Food & beverage

The residence includes a restaurant and bar with lake-view terrace. The restaurant and bar are open from April to September.

Area information

Manerba faces a splendid view of the lake that washes many kilometres of sunny beaches, wonderful coves, active small harbours and superb cliffs with its clear waters. From the Rock of Manerba one dominates the whole lake. Manerba on Lake Garda is situated right in the midst of the Valtenesi. Embraced by luxuriant hills, rich of wine-growing traditions, it's ticled by the scent of lemons and olives.The visitors will have the opportunity to taste the tipical products, wine and olive oil of excellent quality to accompany the delicate lake fish and the savoury dishes of the local cuisine that have always brightened the stay in this cover of paradise.

Travel information

By car:
- Take the A4 motorway.
- Exit at Desenzano.
- Continue on this road, following signs for Padenghe del Garda, Moniga del Garda and Manerba del Garda.
- You will come to a double roundabout; go right at the first and take the second exit on the second.
- After 200 metres the road will fork, go right onto November IV street.
- Follow this street to the end, when you will come to a roundabout, continue straight.
- At the T-junction, turn left onto Via D'Annunzio.
- At the second T-junction turn left again onto Via Marchesini.
- This takes you to the Piazza San Bernardo, where you turn left onto Via Vittorio Veneto.
- After 500 metres you will find the hotel on the right-hand side.

Important information

Please note: the road in front of the residence is closed because of a market every Friday from 07:00 – 14:00. In July and August, every Tuesday, the road is also closed because of the evening market, with live music, from 17:00 – 24:00. For Friday departures there is parking near the residence.
Use of the air conditioning is not included in the price.
