The residence complex is situated on the main road connecting the airport Alghero-Fertilia in front of the beach of Alghero. The city center is approximately 1500 mt away and there is a bus stop 10 mt from the residence, the buses pass every 30 min, approximately. The sea is 50 mt away with a fine sandy beach, which extends for about 7 km.

From 20 September 2008 until 15 October 2008, the minimum night stay is 3 nights with arrivals on any day.
