Area information
The Fenicia, located 800 meters away from the hotel, is a lovely gravel beach with very clear waters. The beach is well-equipped, with amenities and boats available to rent. The peculiar Paolina sand beach has parasols and deckchairs available. The beach service provider has an agreement with Hotel Residence and can be booked on request, to be paid on site.

By Boat:
Elba is connected with Tuscany (Piombino's harbour) by 2 different ferry companies. Ferries leave every hour and the trip takes approximately one hour.
By Car:
- From Portoferraio (Elba's harbour), go towards Procchio, Marciana for approximately 9 km.
- Once in Procchio, follow the signs to Marciana Marina, and then exit towards Marciana Poggio.
- After 500 metres you will find the hotel on your left-hand side.
