The natural tourism resort “Avola Antica” is situated on a wonderful hill looking at the natural reserve of Cava Grande del Cassibile, between the important cities of Siracusa and Noto on the coast called "Baroque coast".
Avola is also known for the production of almonds and the grape-vine "Black of Avola" which is used in the Nero d'Avola famous wine production, products having international acknowledgment. The kitchen proposes the specialities of the Sicilian tradition and is particularly appreciated for the quality of the ingredients.
