Once belonging to noble consorts, this renovated 19th century residence is surrounded by many farmhouses and churches, giving you a tranquil and picturesque break.
Located deep in the Sicilian countryside, it was restored respecting the architecture of its time, and it still maintains some of the original furniture. It is close to Modica's old county of Noto's Valley, in the heart of the sicilian baroque. The hotel is also close to the sea with kilometers of rose sand beaches; Taormina, Etna, Agrigento and Siracuse are also close by.
A beautiful stone courtyard is surrounded, like the entire villa, by a stone wall, the same wall that defines the edge of the ancient promenade.
During the day, when not relaxing in the hotel's private pool, or exploring the historic town of Modica, you can visit the famous Titanic coast. Here you can sunbathe on an old fishing boat, before dancing on it late into the night.
Whether you are looking for a relaxing and tranquil break, or a sightseeing, active trip, the hotel can cater for all, and offer comfortable and intimate accommodation to return to at the end of the day.

The hotel is also close to the sea with kilometers of rose sand beaches. Taormina, Etna, Agrigento and Siracuse are also close by.
The hotel can also organise day trips, with a minimum of 10 people, these include trekking and mountain biking.

- Take the SS 514 motorway Catania-Ragusa-Modica.
- Join the SS 115 towards Ispica
- The villa can be found approximately 2 km after the shopping centre of Modica.
