Situated 700 metres away from the town centre, and only 100 metres away from the world-famous Stelvio ski-slope, the property occupies the ideal base for you to explore the wonderful surroundings. Bormio itself is one of the most beautiful mountain resorts, well-known for hosting the World Ski Championship, in addition to this, it has natural spa waters (up to 43 degrees), first discovered by the Ancient Romans.

Bormio lies at the top of the Valtellina, its historic centre houses Via Roma, which has plenty of shops where you can buy the local produce, such as Valtellina red wine. Bormio also has a large covered ice rink for those who enjoy skating. If you still have some energy left, there are plenty of bars, restaurants, pubs and a couple of clubs and piano-bars where you can spend your evenings.
In summertime, the resort is a great place for an active and energising, yet relaxing and restorative holiday in the great outdoors. Mountain-biking, golf, excursions, trekking, Nordic walking, mountain climbing, jeep-trips and summer skiing are all possible.

By Car:
From Milan:
- Travel through Lecco along highway number 36 up to Colico.
- Join the main road, number 38, which leads you directly to the resort.
Coming from Central and Southern Italy:
- Take the A1 motorway.
Then you can choose between two ways, depending on which season you decide to visit Bormio:
In summer:
- Join the A22 motorway Modena-Bolzano.
- Take the Bolzano-Merano highway; Merano-Spondigna; Stelvio Pass (open from mid-May to the beginning of November); Bormio.
In winter:
- Take the A4 motorway Turin-Venice.
- As you get to Verona, exit at Brescia West.
- Follow directions to Iseo Lake; main road n. 56 to Edolo; Aprica Pass; Tirano; Bormio.
From Austria:
In winter:
- Go through Landeck, Martina, Zernez (Switzerland), La Drossa Tunnel, Livigno; Foscagno Pass, Bormio.
In summer:
- Go through Landeck, Reschen Pass, Malles Venosta, Stelvio Pass, Bormio.
