The double rooms are equipped with a bathroom with shower and are situated on the 3rd floor of the villa.
If you wish, you can use the small roof terrace that is shared with the other 2 rooms to relax or eat while enjoying the fantastic views over the Chianti area.

The local village of San Giustino Valdarno is only a short walk away and has many facilities including restaurants, pizzerias, post office, chemist, bank machine, supermarkets, ice-cream shop and garage.

Travel information
By Car:
- Take the A1 motorway in the direction of Rome (Roma).
- Pass Florence (Firenze), and continue for approximately 20 km.
- Exit at Valdarno.
- After the pay toll, turn right and follow the signs for Terranuova Bracciolini.
- When you get to the junction, keep left and go under the railway bridge.
- Take the first exit off the roundabout following signs for San Giustino Valdarno, and continue following the signs for approximately 15 km until you get to San Giustino Valdarno, where you will see a sign for Villa La Grotta.
- Turn left and after approximately 1 km, you will see the hotel on your right.
Important information
Mandatory Final Cleaning to be payed direcly in hotel: 30 Euro supplement charge for Double Room Apartment and 40 Euro supplement charge for Triple Room Apartment.
